Not recommend
The office is clean and hygienic, and the staff are lovely. However, I was very disappointed and expected more during my appointment. I was underwhelmed by the doctor's knowledge; she did not go over my patient history with me, which is typically expected. Additionally, she did not review my health assessment or establish any patient rapport. I felt rushed and uncomfortable asking questions. She diagnosed me with an infection but didn't take the initiative to explain the recurrent infection, prevention, or treatment. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, I returned to the patient room for the doctor to explain. Unfortunately, it seemed like she wasn't interested in helping me. I will not return and do not recommend this place, especially for pregnancies. The lack of attention to detail, absence of rapport, and limited knowledge make it an unsuitable choice for future visits.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr.Freeland to anyone period. First impression she gave off to me was I was inconveniencing her busy schedule and she was ready to wrap up our very first session!?!?!? I found her to be very nonchalant and bluhhhh. Her staff.... amazing especially Paula I believe that’s her name she was my check in nurse.

I have been using Dr. bath for years for my GYN needs. I made her my primary care physician because I trust her and know that she will take care of me for everything I need. The office is friendly personable and I never have to worry about having medications filled by my pharmacy with them. Although she is not a primary care physician as a woman I feel the GYN is just as well served to be my primary especially since this clinic handles bloodwork and hormone replacement therapy for women of my particular age and above.

I started seeing Dr. Freedland about 2 years ago as my gynecologist and was recently let down. Dr. Freedland is also a BioTE pellet provider, which she sold me on. I was in perfect health. After the 2nd pellet I lost 50% or more of my hair, my thyroid bottomed out, all because she gave me too much testosterone. (My Endocrinologist's words). She gave me enough for a transgender?? This could have, or might have caused me serious health issues. Even worse, I have Scleroderma and am supposed to have a pap smear every 6 months, they totally forgot about this, as they were too busy up selling the BioTE pellet to me. I am currently under the care of an Endocrinologist and hope to recover. I would not recommend Dr. Freedland. I am very disappointed to say the least!!!!

Worst Experience in my life!!! Never expected this – Aug 10, 2019

Horrible is the first thought to come to mind. My Daughter went to this Dr. There were a lot of unnecessary and "experimental" tests done and sent to multiple labs. $1,000 in lab and co-pay fees for a single visit for a normal, healthy patient. AFTER Insurance paid their portion. Cannot not manage to get prescription correct and phones impossible to get through. Monthly Prescription written as 4 refills in a year. Run! don't walk away from this lady. She puts her bottom line first.

I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr. Freedland is warm, compassionate, and loves her patients. Dr. Freedland is the highly skilled and trained in the area gynecology in particular for me the bioidentical hormone therapy. What I have noticed that she puts her heart into quality of care and making sure that you understand the treatment at hand. It is not just her but the entire staff. You can see and feel the passion they have for there craft and appreciate their patients. Best choice I made!

From making the appointment to the ladies at the front desk every thing ran as smooth as possible and every one was polite. I came into to do my Well Women yearly check up for the first time and it wasn't so bad knowing that everyone made me feel very comfortable. As I saw Dr. Beth Freedland for the first time crossing through the hallways she didn't seem like she smiled to much and very serious but, meeting her one on one she gets right to the point and she answered all of my questions.

I suffer from reoccurring BV. I could never make an appointment to come in right when infection hit (because they were always full) and by the time I would come in infection would be gone and Dr. Freedland would refuse to treat me. This went on for almost a year until I switched Drs. I switched Drs and she told me right away I had BV and I actually started crying I was so relieved to hear I wasn’t crazy.

Again, the front office at this practice is not doing their job. I called 2 weeks ago for a refill and they were suppose to call it in to my pharmacy but have not. Today I called several times only to get a busy signal or it rang and rang. I may need to change doctors if this is going to be a habit with Dr. Freedland's office.

Dr. Beth Freedland is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable and caring. My experience with her when it was time for me to deliver my baby boy was superb. Dr. Freedland listens to your wants and needs and does not rush in to a procedure, she is very patient. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thank you again for everything !!
