Dr. Reyes is a great doctor but the clinic is not so good. I supposed to have a follow up appointment with Dr. Reyes and I called 2 weeks in a role from 11/4/20 to 11/16/20, every other day and left message with the caller center. They said that they will forward the message to Picardo Clinic to call back and set up appointment but 2 weeks I couldn't get any help. Patient of Dr. Reyes.

Horrible doctor. She never ordered my scripts for my quarterly blood work and never ordered 90 day scripts. I addressed both EVERY TIME I saw her and she would say, OK. Clueless

I have been seeing Dr. Reyes since she started at the Pichardo Clinic. She is the most caring and understanding doctor I have...and I have a few. She is very thorough and thoughtful. If she can't help you she will get you to the right doctor that can. If you are looking for a female doctor that will take great care of you, she is the one. Thank you for everything you do for me Dr. Reyes!!

Dr Reyes is a kind doctor who takes the time to explain and answer questions, I understand that sometimes the waiting time is extended but it is an office with a large volume of patient which confirms the good doctors who work there.
