Is not a psychiatrist, yet likes to play one.
Refused to answer my nurse AND the 'SPCU' charge nurse for a full day for nausea medication after abruptly stopping my long term, daily nausea medication. I was violently ill from a pain medication he prescribed, and he refused to prescribe further nausea medication despite me not being able to eat for four days. He stopped my long term psychiatric medications, such as lorazepam, antidepressant, and antipsychotic without consulting my qualified psychiatrist, and without psychiatric training. I had a seizure because Dr. Adly refused to give lorazepam while I was hospitalized for appendicitis. I brought it with me, prescribed daily for 8 years. The neurologist confirmed that this was the cause of the seizure. Wouldn't provide an adequate prescription for a new, never tried psychiatric medication despite him only being an Internist MD, with no psychiatric specializations. Tried to push me out of the hospital before I was better. I don't trust him. He's nice, but that's not enough.
