He is a good Dr, but the office never answers the phone!! Impossible to contact them. Their patient portal does not work, so lab results, etc are not available. They have incorrect information on my records. My other Doctors are even unable to reach him. Go elsewhere.

Dr Brijbag is an excellent Dr and a great guy, but the office staff is horrible, they don’t answer phone or you are put on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. They canceled my appointment without me even telling them to cancel, they said I was there in 2020 when I never was. It is unfortunate that such a good Dr, has such an inept staff.
If it weren’t for the staff, I would highly recommend Dr Brijbag.

What I appreciate about Dr Brijbag is that he targets the problem in the most natural and therapeutic way, and not a doctor to just medicate you. He takes steps to get you to the next level of care. He waste no time to fix a problem, and takes immediate action to resolve it. He is so very nice, and easy to talk to. Thankful to have him for my doctor. Thank you Dr Brijbag for all your assistance, personal attention, and care too while I was in the hospital.

Dr. Brijbag office is the worst. I was In a doctor appointment and I request the referral that they were supposed to send. After two hours they just ignored me. Don’t go to that office. The staff is the worst.

Dr. Brijbag is a pleasant doctor, unfortunately his office is poorly managed . No one gets back to you with your test results and they do not return calls either; all very frustrating and inconsiderate on their part. They should consider having a internet portal where your tests are posted or have better communication with patients.

Dr. Brijbag is an amazing doctor. He listens and is always attentive to your needs. I love him but the waits in his office and the communication with the office is pretty difficult.

The wait time of this office is unacceptable. Each time I visited the wait over an hour - with an appointment, and on my final visit, was over 2 hours! The staff AND the Dr were unapologetic for the delay; this attitude trickles down from the top. Dr seemed more interested in taking lengthy notes, (while I had to wait for him to finish), than asking and talking to me, as a patient, about my ailments.
I found him un-empathic towards my complaints and condescending with his attitude.

Dr Bernard Brijbag is an EXCELLENT doctor. He is kind, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable in anything we have ever needed. He will go the extra yard to help you in any way he can, he oversees our whole family. We are extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to everyone. His staff are extremely nice and attentive. This is a doctor everyone should go to, you will make him your primary doctor , no doubt!

His staff is totally incompetent! They're lazy and not afraid to show it.
They decided to send my tests to the their lab partner (I guess they get commissions) even when I told them to send them to the one my insurance covers. When my insurance called asking for a specific analysis, they refused to give information and when I tried to get the information myself, the assistant got pissed and called me a liar. I'm not going back to this office and I'm sharing this experience with everyone.
