Provider actually examined my condition and was extremely knowledgeable. He put me at ease. Now the previous provider from last week did not exam me and did not make me comfortable. Sent me home with an uneasy feeling.

Dr. Bernardo de la Guardia is a top flight cardiologist that I have worked with since the summer of 2008. He performed an angioplasty on me [...] and found an 80% blockage. He placed a Stent in my L.A.D. This device surely has prevented my [...] family heart attack. The Stent was a major improvement over my father's quadruple by-pass surgery and later heart valve repair surgery. [...]. I feel very fortunate to have met Dr. De la Guardia before needing more intensive heart surgery.

My doctor and I first met in the hospital and he was so caring and understanding that I was scared do to my condition. He explained the treatment plan and included me in the decision making. I have since seen him in the office And he still treated me like I was the only patient he had. Yes I would recommend him to my family and friends.
