My husband was referred for rather severe depression to this practice. We had an appointment for a Wednesday but when we arrived after spending the morning in much anticipation, were told “someone” had cancelled the appointment and no, they couldn’t fit us on the schedule. We accepted reschedule with “Heidi” to be done by teleconference 2 days later. They emailed us intake forms but we couldn’t open them online to access them. They called on Thursday to try to move the Friday call 11am from 1 pm. We couldnt do this due to a prior commitment on Friday. When it was close to the 1pm appointment time, Heidi telephoned to say she was sick and had to leave for the day, asked if we could reschedule. Again. Based on the office trying to move the appointment, I don’t believe she was sick. But whatever as we still couldn’t open the intake form online. Husband gave up, feels rejected by this practice and needs to get his meds; they let us down!!! Big time.

Superb! Dr. Arias is a hoot. He makes you smile, even on the worst days. The staff is thorough and kind. I have never had a problem with anyone in this office. Rose and Wendy are fantastic! If you are looking for a wonderful doctor, then make an appointment with Dr. Arias and if he isn't available see the nurse practitioner Judy, she is the bomb! They both work hand in hand. You always know you are getting the best treatment with those two.

Excellent Physician, fantastic super helpful and knowledgeable Therapists and LPRN team. Nice gals at the reception too. Very friendly and set you at ease. Great health care experience and team.

Dr. Arias and his staff are awful. Making an appointment is a hassle and then it gets cancelled to fill in people they like more. Waiting times have been over an hour. Dr. Arias doesn't care if you are not satisfied with your medical care. He laughs and thinks it's funny when told a staff member was being unethical and unprofessional. Do not go to this facility if you care about yourself.

Very thorough and caring doctor. I work in the healthcare field, closely with physicians for 30 years. Dr. Arias is one of the best I have known. He has an excellent bedside manner, is genuinely concerned for his patients. I highly recommend him every chance I get.
