He is very personable but my first couple appointments, he talked and joked almost the entire time. The first visit, he didn't even ask about my concerns or questions. I had to stop him as he opened the door to leave (he had used up the entire appointment) so I could ask my questions. He also didn't bother to do any research or listen to me about one of my diagnosed illnesses. The two stars I gave are only because he is a nice person and means well, but I won't go back.

Dr. Richard is incredible! He assisted me after I had my heart attack at the age of 31. He has been my doctor over the past couple years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.!

so hard to get in there as a new paitent. been trying for over 6 months. so frustrating family goes there so when I got custody of my kids I wanted them to go there as well but never is an opening honestly hes a great doctor so I can understand it too.

Dr. Richard has been my GP for several years now and will be hopefully for many years to come. He is not only really good at what he does as a doctor, he is also compassionate and has a great sense of humor.
