Not a good experience
I do not recommend this pediatrician office nor the staff. Two major issues.. I understand people make mistakes but the first one could’ve cost my sons life or even left injured it was very negligent!!! I told Haggerty not to prescribe penicillin for my son as his older brother and myself have severe anaphylactic reactions to it. She said “inherited medication allergies are extremely rare” and did so anyway. I trusted her beyond my better judgement so lesson learned!! Fast forward nearly a week later-He had an anaphylactic reaction from it!! Then she saw him immediately and said “oh I guess there is a chance he could have an inherited allergy to it so let’s never do that again”. She also ordered wrong labs a few months later, on my son who wasn’t 2, we had to hold him down for bloodwork unnecessarily AND I got slapped with a bill for Haggerty’s mistake that she’s unwilling to fess up to. Edna the mgr would not call me back to even listen to my concerns, they did NOT care.

I switched to Dr. Haggerty after some issues with my son's previous doctor at the age of 22 months. He is now going on 15. She is a fantastic pediatrician. We love her. The office is always clean and when you check in there is a chart to give an expected wait time if there is any type of delay. The staff is ALWAYS friendly
