receptionist is a rude b1tch
Dr. Benson is a responsible and respectful doctor, but the receptionist is a rude b1tch, called to confirm an appointment time, she yelled thru the phone said we are wasting her time then hang off, without telling the time.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and uncaring staff. This place asks you to pay for the copay before you even get to see the doctor. They also charge you extra without checking with your insurance. Average waiting time is 1-2 hours. Staff never apologize for their mistakes. They will never inform you for their incorrect charges. You’ll have to go after it by yourself. Almost impossible to get your refund back from them.
