The parking lot was full and I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The staff did not open the window when I came in and after waiting 10+ minutes opened the window to help someone else. I asked for help and said no one helped me yet. They had me wait longer and then told me that I was too late and could not be seen for more than two more months. I take responsibility for being late but they could have tried to get me in sooner or been more understanding since the lot was full and all street parking was coned off. I found it ironic that they were fine making me wait to tell me that I could not be seen but me being late caused them to refuse to see me. They seem to only care about the doctor and not the patients.

Find someone else
The worst doctor and staff. Doctor is very distracted and doesn’t pay attention to your concerns and always asks back what you just said and talked about. They never answer the phone and take days before responding to voicemail and online messaging. I would be on hold for 30 mins then start sending them a message on their online app. They always try to refer you to doctors of their choices or friends of the doctor, when asked to send one to my choice of specialist based on word of mouth and positive reviews, they took over a month to do so - after multiple phone calls, emails and being contacted by the specialist directly. Order testing in error and refuse to be reasonable for the cost. Just to name a few. Find someone else.
