I am a RN with DPOA for Healthcare for my friend. I was so very impressed by Dr Podemski's thoroughness and kindness in doing a complete evaluation of my friend to rule out all possible causes of her behavior. Hearing tests, brain scan, cognitive studies, nutrition...no stone was left unturned. He was so kind as he explained the test results and her Alzheimer's diagnosis. I will be forever grateful.

I had a phone visit on 12/11/2020. My first and last visit. First he asked me if I referred myself or somebody else referred me. So I informed him who referred me. Then he asked me why I was referred and I informed him why I was referred, then he asked me about my health history and I told him I have certain disease. He had never heard of it so I had to explain it. Since he couldn't grasp my disease I told him I was similar to another disease and he said oh I know about that one! It is handled by treating the symptoms did I need any medication? First of all I don't think you can refer yourself to specialist, secondly why was he asking me why I was referred... shouldn't he have done a little research before he called me? is that what they teach you in med school now take up your patients entire visit asking them stupid questions the right there in your chart like who referred you and why? Apparently that's too much to ask nowadays! What a scam.
