Horrible experience! He took molds of my feet for custom orthotics, did that incorrectly, and ended up causing immense pain. And his billing system is sketchy. After I paid my portion I was charged $300+ two more times over the course of seven months. When I asked him why, he refused to give me a reason. And on top of that, the bills stated that I had less than a week to pay them before he submitted them to a collection agency!

Dr Pham did surgery on my heel and did not diagnose a very serious staph infection. I had to go to the wound clinic and was admitted to the hospital immediately. Dr Pham called to apologize but never took responsibility. I spent 3 days in the hospital and am still limping 18 months later. I had to have part of my tendon removed. Stay away

Horrible experience Dr Pham misdiagnosed a serious infection resulting in more surgery after calling to apologize. He refused to accept responsibility.
