This man is a poor excuse of a human being, let alone a doctor. He treated me like I was a waste of his time. Just sat over in his chair, barely listening to me, didn't examine me in any way, and had me come back for 'dizzy' tests. When those came back, I was told there was a slight chance, my vertigo and dizziness might be related to a problem in my inner ear, and I could go see another specialist at KU Med Center. When I told his office, that's what I wanted to do, they acted all surprised I wanted to pursue it, like it wasn't worth the drive to KC. Thankfully, the otolaryngologist I saw at KU Med was wonderful. Turns out my entire vestibular system had quit working and my cerebellum short circuits. Needless to say, not only am I seeing the otolaryngologist he referred me to (who is an angel), but I'm also seeing 2 different neurologists, a psychologist, and physical therapist working on my brain issues. Best thing he did for me, was to refer me on!

Horrible experience with Dr. Pease. He does lot listen to his patients. The whole place is a joke. Receptionists are rude and his nurses take up to 48 hours to return ant phone calls, don’t seem to care if you are suffering or not. Still waiting to this day to receive a call back from Dr. Pease, was told he may or may not check his messages and call me back. He schedules follow up appointments when he knows he will be out of the office so it’s a hassle for you. Did not solve any of the sinus issues I was having. Very arrogant, dismissive, and uncaring. He performed sinus surgery and I heard a nurse say he snuck out the back door soon after it was over. Didn’t even have time to visit with me afterwards. Do not go to Dr. Pease and I would not recommend Inspire to anyone. You will not receive good service or care.

This guy is a JOKE! My son is 22 months old, has had multiple ear infections over the course of the past 6 months. One was a double that took two rounds of ear infections to clear up, failed his tympanogram last week, falls down regularly (drunk toddler walk), speech regression, pulls on ears. Basically, all of the classic signs and symptoms of a child in need of help. Dr. Pease suggested we wait until he has MORE ear infections and failed tests, as his ears looked "fine today". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Do NOT take your kids here. Go to someone who has common sense, a heart for children, and won't walk out of the room simply because he's decided he's done talking.

Had a home sleep study done for employment eligibility. Sleep study evaluated by Dr. Benjamin Pease. His diagnosis was "mild sleep apnea". His suggested course of action was "consider a trial of a CPAP" or "have a medical consult with his office". After reviewing results with my doctor, we decided no CPAP trail was necessary unless I develop symptoms congruent with poor sleep or moderate sleep apnea (I have no symptoms whatsoever). Had a consult with Dr. Pease to discuss our decision and to get a letter for my employer confirming I did not need a CPAP. Dr. Pease was not happy, refusing to provide me with any letter and demanding I get more testing. During the course of our conversation, he even changed my diagnosis from "mild" to "moderate" stating, "You have moderate sleep apnea and need more testing." I felt like he was more interested in my wallet than my well-being. A second opinion from Topeka confirmed, I didn't need a CPAP or more testing. Avoid Dr. Pease like the plague!!!

Sent by my DR to have suspicious place just under my nose biopsied. I wondered why send me to an ENT she told me that they do a nice job on taking biopsies. He just sawed off a bog place on my FACE ( not like it was my arm) put silver nitrate on it. Then when results came back, just had receptionist call and say no more treatment needed. NO FOLLOWUP! Needless to say I had a big scar and the small spot was now a big mess! So $700.00 later I got smart and went to a real DR a dermatologist wh

Although it was my initial visit with Dr. Pease he did not show interest in my recent extensive health challenges. His overall demeanor was of someone who wanted to minimize the time spent with the patient and focused on my immediate symptoms. However, as I made clear, immediate symptoms were not my reason for seeing him. He repeated his "timelines" for care twice and had nothing more to say to me. I have no desire to see him again because he was uncaring and dismissive.
