Dr. Benjamin Martin, MD

The office was VERY slow to schedule appointments, test and call with scheduling. When we saw the Dr he did explain the procedure well but then proceeded to reprimand us for calling the office too frequently! This was after the office manager had already called us and reprimanded us for calling. We did call at least once per day for a week until they finally returned our call. They are dealing with physically ill people and should return calls in a more timely fashion. When we discussed the poor communication with the Dr he didn’t apologize He only made excuses. Good luck getting things done in a timely fashion with this office.

Listened to my concerns and agreed with my preference to further investigate my possible issues. Made me comfortable with our decision.

He answered a question I had just before was about to ask it regarding a possible change in medications. A change was made and I had some improvement in symptoms.

I was very impressed and confident in Dr. Martin. So glad to have found him and his assistant Debbie

Dr Martin was very professional and helped me feel at ease.

Outstanding physician

Dealing with bladder infection since June of 2023 office needed ct scan I had to follow up and basically make my own appointment office check in lady rude gave her multiple calls to tell Dr Martin some issues with ct scan then needed antibiotics went in on Tues to leave sample I had to call 3 times before I got help and that was on a Friday at closing time Had to have 2 surgeries to remove a large stone That whole office needs help crazy

Poor service didn’t provide any helpful information to the patient, doesn’t even call you back after test results, it was a ripoff 5 minutes and $500 for nothing

Dr Martin Is rude and does not listen to you. He doesn’t try to help you or hear what is going on with your health issues. I agree with others who state the front office is unorganized and not helpful. I have several other friend who also have issues with this practice.

Not good. Dr. Martin made errors that caused the removal of my step-father's bladder by another doctor. He was not kind. He treated my step-father rudely, as if he didn't have proper time for him. The office seemed disorganized. Not good at all. Dr. Martin failed him.

He's a good physician. However his receptionist is horrible. I just called to make an appointment and got screamed at by the receptionist. Yes, I admit I was running off with my explanation of my illness, but she SCREAMED at me to interrupt. I had only been talking for 20 seconds at the most. All she had to do was wait 5 more seconds. And most definitely, NOT scream at me.

Dr. Martin is very friendly and a very good in fact excellent surgeon. His surgical procedure on me to correct a urology issue was successful. I was prescribed pain pills at post op, but they were not needed because I had no pain. He explained everything to me before and after the surgery and answered my questions. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. NOT ORGANIZED AND TERRIBLE OFFICE HELP! They don't follow-up with the patient... when you're concerned about possible cancer this is the last place you want to go.
