Dr. Grams did such an awesome job explaining all questions and procedure for my gallbladder removal, I went back for an unrelated needed surgery. My only complaint is that he stated that I "looked my age"...which no one should ever tell an older woman!

I received excellent care
I wasn't an emergency admit due to somewhat serious intestinal condition requiring surgery. I was properly diagnosed and had surgery shortly afterward and was made comfortable until then. I had the best possible outcome. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, saw me for follow up 2 weeks later, and scheduled me for follow up. He was kind an attentive throughout.

I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Grams. His bedside manner is wonderful and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time. He took his time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is probably the smartest doctor I have ever been around. He was extremely skilled and executed the procedure to perfection. I had zero complications and recovered quickly and was feeling the best I have felt in a long time. I would, and have, recommended him to my family members

Dr. Grams too great care of me pre, during, and post surgery. He was an advocate for my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. He performed the surgery just as described and had me home sooner than anticipated. I am thankful to have been referred to him and would return for further healthcare if necessary.

Office was rude and not wheelchair accessible. If I was in a regular and not a transport wheelchair I would not have fit in the exam room. Not even room to turn around. Grams ordered a test that would not show what he was looking for. The bile duct does not show on an endoscopy. He is green and incompetent! Any knowledgeable doctor knows that after a gallbladder is removed the bile duct becomes enlarged. His office staff tried to bill me over double my copay. DO NOT GO HERE!

This doctor that is fresh out of medical school did not understand that when a gallbladder is removed the bile duct becomes enlarged. He scheduled an endoscopy to see the duct but it cannot be seen that way.
