Dr. Freilich is very professional and efficient. I'm very happy with his knowledge and treatment. I highly recommend him!

Dr Freilich was the doctor on call on Feb 1st My husband had surgery by another doctor in the practice 3 days previously and was having a problem. Dr Freilich saw him, without an appointment, due to nature of patient complaint. He was wonderful! Professional, friendly, made us feel at ease. Great doctor! Problem solved.

If you’re looking for a doctor that knows medicine with a horrible bedside manner, then by all means choose him.

Firstly, as a legally blind patient, seeing a retina specialist who presumably sees many patients with low vision, I was extremely surprised and disappointed to be handed a clipboard of small-print forms to fill out. For an office who serve people with low vision, they should have large print materials available. This was not the worst part of my visit though. From the first person I saw who measured my vision, to the 2 different imaging technicians, to the actual doctor I saw, every person I interacted with I this office was unfriendly, dismissive and borderline rude. Not a single person gave me a simple “hello” before putting my head into whatever machine they needed in order to complete their task. This office is an factory, with each worker moving as fast as they can so get to the next patient. Even when I tried saying “HI, my name is…” I was ignored. The doctor I saw seemed more concerned with getting me to agree to participate in costly genetic testing (which I had already commun

Although he is super smart, he knows how to relay information to a non professional like me. I understand him easily.

I had a horrible visit with Dr. Freilich. I found him to be abrasive and dismissive of my concerns. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before.

Recently, my vision has become difficult to see in some parts.My ophthalmologist introduced me to this doctor who specializes in retinas, and today was my first visit, and the receptionist, telephone operator, and doctor were all courteous, kind, and professional. Eye problems can be very depressing for people, but I believe that by seeing this doctor today, my problems will be resolved quickly. I will continue to go to this doctor.
