Treats the patient and family with contempt. Sees medicine through a very narrow prism. Ill mannered to the limit, incapable of 'listening' and when asked salient medical questions, answers in one or two words, anxious to dispatch you and move onto the next patient. Rejects recommendations by medically skilled family advocates. Resents the directives of POAHC loved ones. Antiseptic personality with an odd combination of traits - an obvious superiority complex yet passive aggressive - he considers the patient a mere bystander, definitely NOT an involved partner in care planning. Insist on another provider if you're unfortunate enough to draw him on rotation in hospital.

Utterly arrogant and self satisfied. A terrible listener who detests engaged family advocates; in an almost childlike way, he sees medically versed family members with 'opinions' as intrusive micro-managers seeking to undermine his "authority." His bedside manner is pure garbage. reflective of his complete closed-mindedness and contempt. I couldn't make a stronger case against his involvement with your loved one. In a free market health care system, you have choices. And options. DO NOT be afraid to exercise them, because if you don't, Thedacare will force *it's* choice (whoever is on rotation) right down your throat.
