What a great experience. Nobody wants to need surgery. But if the hips and or knees need to be done I can not recommend Dr. Albert enough. He has operated on me twice and there is nothing I can think of that could be improved. A great person with a great staff. Concern for the patient that very few doctors show. I can not recommend Dr. Albert enough. If it has to be done then he will deliver the results you want all while treating you with great respect.

Dr. Albert and his whole team are very Knowledgeable, Caring and Friendly. Dr. Albert did a GREAT JOB replacing my Right Hip. My after surgery pain was very low to minimal and quickly went to non-exsisten. My follow-up XRAYS and visits indicated GREAT PROGRESS with 'NO' issuses.

Dr. Benjamin Albert is a skilled and informative surgeon. I appreciated the time he spent going over what to expect with my full knee replacement including the pain. Info was spaced out and given in multiple ways. I’m a checklist person and like knowing what to expect step by step. My daughter is my medical power of attorney and a science teacher. She appreciated the medical facts and video’s. After surgery, Dr. Albert made himself available to answer our children’s questions of how they could help me recover. Dr. Albert’s care did not stop when he completed the surgery . I’ve received multiple calls when I returned home. As I continue recovery, I am very pleased with the continuing care I have received. It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Dr. Albert and his team.

I had hip replacement surgery in August 2023. Dr. Albert is overall phenomenal. He is very skilled in his field, is very kind, caring and all around just a nice guy. The surgery he performed on my hip went very well. I was up walking within a couple days after the procedure. My hospital stay was relatively short and recovery was quicker than I anticipated. I am walking without any (hip) discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Albert.

Dr Albert seemed very knowledgeable about my condition. He was patient and very kind. I had a 5 minute wait time, office staff friendly.

Dr Ben Albert sat down with me, eye to eye, and he thoroughly, kindly and patiently listened to my history, addressed all my concerns, and answered every question that I had. He never seemed rushed or bored, even though I know he has most likely had this same conversation with thousands of patients.I have been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, and in my mind, one of the greatest predictors of a good health outcome is the quality of communication between the patient and the physician/their staff.Dr Albert’s office and staff certainly did this.

Dr. Albert and his staff are amazing. I had a total hip replacement on 4/14/23 and was able to get around without assistance in 5 days. I am still recovering but I really feel great. He is very thorough about the procedure and made sure I thoroughly understood what would happen. No surprises. He uses the Direct Superior approach and this reduces the initial downtime. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

He went out of his way to get my surgery scheduled in a timely manner when scheduling was tight at the hospital. He was thorough checking in with me and genuinely concerned about MY feelings. Dr. Albert was thorough, showing me the actual apparatus he was going to use, explained the procedure so I was comfortable with plan, and answered all my questions. If you're looking for a terrific surgeon for your hips, look no further. He is your hero!

Dr. Albert is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever come across. Not only is he one of the best surgeons around and I know personally because I have been in the operating room with him on multiple occasions. I have personally seen first hand the skill and accuracy of his hip and knee surgeries. I can promise you that with Dr. Albert he will be transparent about the expectations you should have after surgery. Dr. Albert will be with you from the beginning to the end. I know surgeons that you will not hear from after surgery until the follow up but that is not Dr. Albert, he will call you personally and check on you before and after surgery. Please look no further this is the best surgeon around and one of the greatest guys I have ever met.

Dr. Albert is extremely patient, attentive and caring. I have seen many Drs in my journey over the past 10 years in preparation for double knee replacement. I had work to do in getting to a better BMI for surgery. Dr. A support was amazing and he was extremely thorough as we prepared for the 1st replacement that occurred on 11/11 /22. He personally called the day before just to answer any questions and check in. He cares for his patients. He’s honest about what will happen and doesn’t sugarcoat what the pain will be like. I’m looking forward to him doing the other knee in 6 weeks. Highly recommend! Diane in the official is great and responds quickly.

Dr Albert at the cutting edge a fantastic doctor listens to me. Called me at home ! Did my surgery! Now I was up walking on day one home and using a walker for week 1/2 Nothing but the bests! Loved his staff.
