Nice staff

Had a scheduling issue and needed to talk with someone. Their phone says they are there until 5 M-F. I called at 3 and received a message they were closed. I was given the option to leave a voicemail whereupon it says calls will be returned next business day. I asked to have my call returned. It was not. So when I called back several days later and asked why my call was not ever returned, I was interrupted with an irritated "what do you need", completely blowing off my complaint. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was at lunch but would call me back. She has not called me either. I have seen this doctor. He is friendly, but I had to wait an extremely long time for my appointment and afterwards I had a blood blister on my finger that was not there before. Multiple missteps from this office give me a lack of confidence in them.

My visit is always pleasant and professional. Very nice staff and office. Dr., Ogunwale is very professional.

He listens and explains and figures out what's wrong and then treats you with special care. I feel comfortable because he has a great bedside manner.

Dr Ogunwale is awesome. He actually reads the health background and symptom paperwork you fill out before the visit and asks specific questions about it. He really tries to figure out what is going on and doesn't jump to conclusions. Really, very thorough. He's very friendly and it's clear that he cares about his patient's well-being.

On my initial visit, Dr. Ogunwale was very thorough and took the time to listen to and discuss my case in detail, and to help me additionally understand details about my case. He also recognized the time sensitivity of my specific case need and made a special effort to accommodate that. Very evident to me his level of experience and expertise and I highly recommend him and Queen City Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

This was my first time visiting but the Dr. was great and offered hope. When dealing with an illness the last thing you want is negativity or to hear only 1 option or nothing else can be done. He gave me 3 options, a sense of humor, and more importantly time to understand my symptoms and concerns. That gave me hope that he was honest and willing to listen. Thanks so much for giving me a better experience and the willingness to not give up.
