Horrible experience. He was the pediatrician who took care of our baby after delivery. Then we made a 1 week appointment to his office. We were told that we had to pay $200 just in case our health insurance refuses to pay and we were told it would be refunded if they pay so we did pay $200. He hardly spend 5 minutes with us during the appointment. We were rushed during the visit and we were not happy so we found another provider. A month later I received a letter from my health insurance showing that he was paid. I called and ask for a refund for the $200 since health insurance paid to them. No luck. I sent a letter. Still no luck. It is not a big amount but it shows the integrity of a person or the business. I do not recommend anyone. Stay away.

I have been with them for about 13 years . We had Dr Nunez and he retired. We loved him so much: caring attentive, everything you want for your kids. Then Dr Silva and we loved her too. We hung in there fr a few more years hoping another good one will join, but no. Now let talk about he staff, they are not reliable. They lied to me about a nebulizer prescription for my daughter. They said they sent it to the pharmacy but never did. They asked for my email to send the prescription and still nothing. Finally drove there to get the prescription and they made me wait to go talk to the doctor and came back saying sorry. We have to see her first. Why they could not tell me that in the first place. Also, you can reach no one when you call 20 mins to talk to someone, they put you on hold and hung up on me. My daughter has asthma and her machine broke. I ended up going to the urgent care with her, she was wheezing so badly. Please find another provider for your kids.

This office has gone down horribly! The wait to see a nurse, not even a doctor, is about 2.5 hours! The office staff is the absolute worst!! The WORST!!!! Good luck if you choose this terrible care for your children!

Office staff is the worst...wait times are the worst. Doc is good, but his office is the absolute worst to deal with. Would rather be on hold with Comcast then every have to deal with them again.

Dr. Sanchez is patient, caring and takes the time to explain things. He has been my son's pediatrician since birth. Sometimes, there can be a bit of a long wait because there are so many patients, but it's worth it. The other doctors and nurses are also fantastic. Definitely recommend.

I have been a client here for many years. I am SO SAD that Dr. Nunez retired! **Dr. Sanchez treats the Spanish-speaking clients with preference. He is not very thorough.

Overall the doctor is good, the down side is the administration personell as well as all the nurses they always look overbook without joy. They might be over demanded for a incall it take 45 mim waiting, for a scheduled visit it take the same 45 min and guess for an emergency visit the same 45 min. So the bottom question is why to book an appointment of they will not honor it.. And the personell become rude. Ok the doc might be good, but it came to a point where you wonder if it is worth it?
