She is a professional, dedicated and kind doctor who cares about her patients, she takes the time to listen and answer all questions. You will always receive and have a piece of mind of receiving excellent care.

Do not go to this office as a new patient. I explained to the doctor that I wanted to establish care as a first time visit and my only doctor's visit for the year 2024. Instead of them coding the visit as an annual visit I ended up with a bill of $250. They would not change the code so that my insurance company would cover the entire visit. I even said to receptionist that took $20 from me at check in that it was unusual as my insurance normally covered a first time visit for new patients. I was also billed another $69 for general yearly labs that has never happened when establishing care with a new physician. The craziest part is that my insurance company would cover the entire bill if the code was changed. I went to see her because of family stating that this was a decent office. I was definitely not advised when I booked the appointment that the doctor was leaving in November. I would not have wasted my time, energy, and now my money bothering with a visit.

The waiting time is ridiculous!

The Dr. was great meeting her for the first time, the staff was the best. So kind and wanting to help in anyway they could. Tashmarie was the best!

Dr. Having is very good about taking care of all of your needs while you’re in her office but her office staff NEVER answers the telephone and when you leave a message for her clinical team they NEVER return your call. I guess I have to wait u til my next appointment to get a refill on my insulin, maybe it’s time to find another doctor

Have always had a pleasant experience with all my visits with this office. Today, needed to have a sports physical form completed so my son could join conditioning for his sport at his school. Dropped off the form and within 2 hours, they called me back to advise that it was completed and have copies and could pick it up. I have not previously had a staff that responsive.

Dr. Gavino is an excellent doctor. She always explains all my bloodwork, which other doctors never explained to me. She also takes her time with you like which I appreciate.

After reading other reviews I felt the need to leave mine. Yes it is true I have had to wait as well to see her. But that being said, every time I have met with her she has been absolutely fabulous! She would never let me leave her office until I had a full comprehension of my health. She is incredibly personable, professional and caring.

Have waited over 45 minutes for an appointment to get my scripts filled. She has ordered lab work which was not covered by my insurance, leaving me with a $500 bill.

She is very thorough and documents everything. Patients have a plan of action and they always have next steps. She is also very patient and she is very pleasant.

Appt for ear infection/waited in rm for 45+min; Phoned next wk/10am to adv symptoms remained & req alt antibiotic, f/up @3pm & again @6:45pm (close @ 7) when was informed that Dr hadn't read any of days msgs. Recd c/b from her at 7:20pm whereby she informed me 'in the scheme of things it wasn't an emergency'. Advised her 9+ hrs later unacceptable/easily could have been resolved, Argued with me~wow/plus never asked how I was feeling. Lastly, she called wrong pharmacy/pharmacist had to resolve.
