Dr. Baniadam at Mission Urgent Care has been a godsend. I needed a regular doctor and picked him at random off my insurance list of providers. So glad I did. His no-nonsense, practical approach lets you know he is watching what’s important. First visit he gave the no b.s. rules of the road, (paraphrasing) “I am generally available for you to come in whenever you need to, but I don’t prescribe opiates or drugs often abused, you’ll have to find that elsewhere.” I was sold. Since then I had one possible serious (non-emergency) condition when I was out of the State on a weekend and called him late on a Saturday night. He returned my call promptly, and said I want you in here so I can examine the problem as soon as you can get here. He saw me first patient that Monday morning, first thing, and we took care of it. His explanation of the science is helpful. I have never waited too long in the waiting room and his staff is very kind.

Stay away - We went for an I-693 Immigration exam - First Red Flag : we were charged in advanced. Second Red Flag , the office called and told my wife to get vaccines that she already had !! They clearly gave her instructions that were INCORRECT ! - Third red Flag, they called LAST WEEK and told her to get a X-Ray without giving her a prescription , we called Friday - NOTHING - We called again today Monday , Still NOTHING. I have never seen a more unprofessional organization in my life. Zero service, and Zero Follow Through. I am filing a complaint with the California Medical Board .

My first visit was for severe pain that turned out to be shingles, even though I had the shot for it. The Dr. was very calming for me, as I was in pain and was not on my best behavior. He has since treated my other issues with care and sound advice even when I do not always agree with his recommended course of action, he listens and is not a my way or the highway kind of Dr.
