A cardiologist should know how to treat congestive heart failure including the end stages. He does not. Patient came to his office with labored breathing and blue fingertips. His office is right next to the hospital but he did not send him. Patient ended up in ER that afternoon. The mistreatment of end stage congestive heart failure led to an unnecessary surgery and inability to prevent deterioration of condition. Ultimately dying in tremendous pain!!
