Dr. Varughese is an excellent doctor! The office staff is HORRIFIC; this includes the office manager! They are VERY unprofessional & rude when a problem arises! Double check the information in your chart because it's probably wrong. Also, check your billing statement to ensure you aren't being billed wrong/overcharged! This has happened to me repeatedly! I love my doctor, but I won't tolerate being treated like a nobody by staff. Time to find another doctor with PROFESSIONAL office staff!

Dr. Varughese has seen me for several medical conditions, and has referred me to several specialists. She is a good communicator, has a good personality, and has been the best primary care physician I've had in 8 years. She has a very good nurse who you can call directly and speak to or leave a message, in addition to the front desk where they schedule you. I do recommend that you use healthgrades dot com to evaluate the specialists you are sent to so as to avoid bad experiences.

Having been without a primary care physician for some time, Dr. Varughese was recommended to me by another physician. My experience with Dr. Varughese and her staff has been wonderful. In only a few visits, she quickly identified my health care needs and provided a plan of care to meet them that has made such a difference in all aspects of my care. Dr. Varughese and her staff are exceptional, compassionate, and I highly recommend her practice without any reservations.
