I had an annual visit. I confirmed the cost of the visit prior and paid at the desk. While I was waiting in the exam room an associate brought in the charge card machine and said Dr. Porras is now charging more and I was asked to pay additional in the exam room. I was under the impression Dr. Porras requested the associate ask for the additional payment due to her speaking to the associate at the front desk. The associate was nice and she should not have been asked to receive additional payment in the exam room. It was highly unsanitary and unprofessional. I left the office and did not complete the visit. I was not compensated for my time nor for the inconvenience.

No one has been able to tame my acne - even into adulthood until Dr. Porras. She shared her 'regimen' and I followed it - my face is 99% clear! We are now using lasers to rid me of my acne scars and my face has never looked better. The long awaited day that I will not have to wear makeup is right around the corner!!!!

I asked to have a muscle relaxer put just in the corner of my eyes. She put it under my eyes without my permission and then used a heating treatment under my eyes and all over my entire face. I’ve lost all my hair, my teeth are falling out. I can no longer see the light up day because it burns my face off, my life is over because of this woman. When I went out to show her what she had done to me, she threw me out of her office and said she didn’t do anything to me. I certainly didn’t go home and burn my face off in my spare time. Actually, it was her Assistant ANNE who administered the treatment. I would’ve never gone back, but she called and said the doctor insisted I come back my God that was the worst day of my life. I could do anything to get that day back and not go.

Dr. Porras is very helpful when it comes to my concerns. She always puts my concerns first and discusses multiple treatment options that are in the best interest for me! I highly recommend going to her office!

Dr Porras is a beautiful person inside and out! Why is that important? Because I have received several treatments from her and the work she does is with true gentle care from her heart. She makes you feel amazing in your own skin. I appreciate that she listens and is a partner in reaching my goals. I only have one face to show the world and Dr Porras educates me on how to keep my face looking its best. Thank you Dr Porras for being who you are and caring about me as a whole person. Oh and by the way, her products are outstanding! Do they cost more? Yes, but you get what you pay for and she has put excellence into each product.

I have been seeing Dr. Porras for a couple years for both general and cosmetic dermatology. I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa which I was unable to control. Other doctors wanted me to have a surgery I was not comfortable with. My Hidradenitis Suppurativa is now under control, she was very knowledgeable in the disease. I have had frown lines treated, fillers, agnes, genesis, microdermabrasion, aquagold, pearl fractional, laser hair removal, and the pearl fractional done by Dr. Porras as well. I have been very happy with my results every time. I use her skin and hair care line and highly recommend them. My sister and daughter now see her as well!

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Porras educated me on my Rosacea. She has an amazing line of skin care products. I love the redness relief, sunshield, and mineral pressed foundation. I have also had Endermologie treatments which have amazing effects.
