Dr. Beata Grochowska, MD

I was referred to Dr G by my neurosurgeon and I’m so glad to have found her. She is caring, efficient and doesn’t waste my time, which too is valuable. I have been to her twice now and know I have found my forever chronic pain management doctor. Dr. G truly cares for and wants to help her patients and it’s so obvious and refreshing actually to finally have someone who really seems to want to help!!

I am in the least amount of pain that I have been in in a very long time thanks to Dr. Beata Grochowska (better known as Dr. G). I, unfortunately live in constant pain which has resulted in multiple back surgeries over the years, starting in my 20s and I am so thankful my path finally crossed with Dr. G. I only wish our paths would have crossed 20 years ago. It is so obvious how much she cares for her patient's wellbeing and she has the best bedside manners. I feel like she goes above and beyond to help me. She has preformed multiple procedures to help control my day to day pain and I love that she will use anesthesia to help make my experience as pain-free as possible. I have seen Dr. G at 2 Alliance locations and would highly recommend either of them: Piedmont in Atlanta, GA and Carrollton, GA. The entire staff at both locations are topnotch - super friendly and professional. I hope you never need a pain specialist, but if you do, call Dr. G and thank me later!

I have been a patient of Dr. G's for the past three years. I have had chronic pain for years. It wasn't until I was placed under Dr. G's care that I began feeling any relief. She has listened, given helpful information on my condition, and is always cheerful and excited to see me. The whole staff at the surgery center at the Piedmont office is amazing.

She was antagonistic towards my son, who is almost 19 and has autism, telling him he was a “child”, and when he began to express his frustration with being tossed from one doctor to yet another who have no solutions for diagnosing the cause of his pain, she told him he needed to “check his attitude”... which was completely the wrong thing to say to a patient, especially one you don’t know. He stormed out of the exam room, rudely swearing at her in Russian. I was very upset with his behavior, but also disappointed with her overall poor bedside manner. Diagnostically, I was very surprised that she had so little to offer. It is a process of elimination, involving scans and conductive nerve tests. I’m sure there is an underlying cause to his pain, but having a doctor shrug their shoulders without calling for more tests seems... lazy. The facility itself is disgusting. It smelled like urine, and the waiting room was full of people who looked and sounded sketchy.

In five months of going every month I was never seen by the Dr in any of my clinic appointments. Had one procedure after which she was in too much of a hurry to talk to me. 3 treatments recommended which I could not do for reasons clearly stated in my file. Sat in waiting room for over an hour more than once.

I have been very unhappy with the care that I received from this rude and uncaring woman. It is a wonder that her staff continue to work for her as she is nasty to them every time I have been in either the office or the procedure room. Dr. G. does not listen to me. She seems to just want to do shots in my spine over and over even though they do not help me very much. I am changing to another doctor soon and suggest she be avoided.

Dr. G is a rude uncaring woman. He speaks to her staff like they are animals. She has no empathy toward patients. I felt disrespected at every visit and chose to seek care elsewhere after 4 months. I would suggest avoiding this woman.

I spent 10 years in awful pain in my neck,hips and back.After several different Drs I was finally sent to Dr Grochowska.She listened got my old x-rays did some MRIs and I am finally starting to feel some relief.I even sleep more than 2 hours without waking up in pain.Monica and Diana are fantastic!!

Incredible doctor and I absolutely found her to be a miracle worker!!!

Poor communication between her and me. She is rude. Treats patients and employees very rude. Did not help me than blamed me because I did not get better.

Dr. Grochowska had been terrific. She really listened and collaborated with me to explain all of my treatment options. And her recommendations have given me considerable relief. I highly recommend her.

I would never go back. I felt so mistreated by Dr G. I would never recommend her to anyone.
