I had my first visit with Dr Al. Exceptionally thorough, listened, covered treatment, and one of the best neuro exams I have had for my MS in 30 years!!! Office staff very friendly!! No wait time. I am very excited to continue my care there.

Dr. Al has been treating my MS for over 10 years now and has always been available when needed, always listens and has referred me to Stanford when he wanted another option. He and his office have fought insurance problems while keeping me updated with the status of the issue. I transferred to him when my MS neurologist retired and I have had better treatment from him. He does specialize in MS. He also treats my daughter with the same care and while she does not have a diagnosis of MS, he is the same very caring, listening physician with her.

Dr AL' is a great Neurologist for My MS. He is educated in all the treatments for MS and all its manifestations. I have had this disease since 1994. I have a Neuroligic condition that Affects my jaw. And the medications to help with it he knew. And best of all he keeps the wait time in his office to a minimum. And they know you by name.

Great MS Neurologist !! – Sep 05, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Alzagatiti?
These days it’s hard to find a family run doctors office that will treat you like family. Look no further and seriously consider Dr. Alzagatiti for all of your neurological needs and more! Dr AL and his wife have welcomed us into their family several years ago and treated, discovered, and referred with knowledge, understanding, and kindness. He will take all the time needed and make every available option a reality when treating you. The office is not a stuffy sterile environment. It is peaceful, welcoming, and run very well with a personalized experience each time you visit. Whatever results you are seeking, you will be highly satisfied with Dr AL and his never give up, can do attitude. It’s important to be able to form a personal connection with the person who’s devoting their time, wisdom, skill, and compassion. These are all things you will experience with Dr AL as your neurologist. I also suggest making an effort to respect his wife, as she will fight for you and is a huge asset!

Dr. Alzagatiti became my neurologist 6 years ago. He has listened to every painful symptom I've had, and has adjusted my medications so I can actually work and be productive again. I am very grateful for his help.

Dr. Alzagatiti has been my neurologist for 5 years, treating my Parkinson's Disease. He has always acted in my best interest whether it is medication management, symptom relief, referral for adjunct services, specifically, Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy. He always gives me the time to answer my questions and gives me explanations, which help guide me in my own decision making. Prescription refills are always timely with the help of his excellent partner, Fadia, who helps process the requests. I also appreciate that he is open to working with Stanford's Movement Disorder Clinic and doctors. I feel we are fortunate to have Dr. Alzagatiti as part of our medical community.

Dr Al is wonderful, he looks outside the box to figure what is going on. I had a stoke at 60 and other Doctors had told me we may never know why, Dr Al said there were a couple of things that could cause a stroke and we should test for them. Simple blood test and I found our that I have an autoimmune disease that causes my blood to clot, was a walking time bomb for another stroke am on blood thinners now and doing well

As others have mentioned, Dr Al is great but the wife who runs the office is terrible. After 5 years I’m done and not going back. Suggest you avoid at all costs. They don’t care about the patient at all.

Professional and caring! This is by far one of the best physician’s offices that I attend. I am seen at or before my appointment time, and time is always taken to listen to my symptoms and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Al to anyone in need of a neurologist!

I have been to see Dr. Alzagatiti several times. I have MS and previously had another doctor who retired. The level of care here is a joke. No neurological testing. They make you come in for an appointment if you need a prescription filled and don’t do anything during your visit. They won’t even fill the prescription if you don’t make another follow-up appointment even though there is nothing to follow up. They would not make a referral to a research clinic unless I made another appointment at their office first. After I got there they refused to make the referral unless I continued to see them. They are punishing me because I want to see an expert in the field. If you are looking for cutting edge knowledge or treatment go somewhere else. Or if you feel like something more should be examined than your blood pressure when you see a specialist go somewhere else.

Dr. Alzagatiti was my neurologist for about a year. He is good at his profession but his office manager, Fadia is very difficult to deal with. I had difficulty more than one with getting prescriptions filled. Rather than solve problems, she blamed pharmacies, insurers and even me. Based on this alone, I recommend seeking help with your neurology related medical issues elsewhere.

Fan of Dr. Al but not of his manager – Feb 14, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Alzagatiti?
Terrible, Dr Al was ok, but his staff mainly his wife had issues. Not only does she cancel appointments periodically, she will then charge for a missed appointment. Make sure you double check EVERYTHING she bills as I've had numerous charges of procedures that never happened. Very shady practice and I can't trust someone who'll have their wife run his practice. I'd rather see someone I have more faith in.

He was very thorough and listened to everything I said. I felt as though he really wanted to help me. One of the medications that he prescribed is not working at all so I called the office to talk to them about it and I am still waiting for a call back.

Dr. Algazatiti is prompt and thorough. He found a condition 2 other neurologists missed. I see him ongoing every 3 months or earlier if needed. He was a great help as I needed to retire for medical reasons. His office staff is helpful and promptly sent my medical records where they needed to go.

My wife has been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr. Alzagatiti has always treated her with respect and compassion as well as treating her neurological problem. The office manager and all the office staff always do more than expected to help with her care. Appointments are easily scheduled, and can be made very soon if needed. Wait times are rarely over 5-10 minutes I m and my wife highly recommend both doctor and staff.
