Rude
Taking the time out of my busy day just to warn anyone who reads this about the gross unprofessionalism of this doctor.I work as a medical assistant for a primary care and am appalled at the way Dr. Khan communicates with his patients and other health care workers. I've never written a review for another clinic before, but this was ridiculous.I called on behalf of a patient to retrieve medical records and Dr. Khan answered the phone rudely asking why I am calling for the patient. I explained that she made several attempts to call his office and was told she was no longer a patient here and they are too busy dealing with other matters to be able to send her a copy of her own medical records which she is entitled to. Dr. Khan proceeded to say she can call for herself if she wants to get her records and hung up the phone on me. This is completely unacceptable and in no way would this be tolerated at the primary care clinic I work at.I doubt this doctor has an ounce of bedside manner

We love Dr. Khan. He is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, the woman at the counter (who I believe is Dr. Khan's wife) is the rudest person I have ever met. There was a billing discrepancy the past two times I was there. She said she would look into it. Yesterday she insisted I pay the past due balance, but refused to give me the information so I could look into the issue myself. She told me I can leave, find a new doctor, and never come back. I will and you should too.
