My entire experience with Dr. Smith's staff was excellent. Customer service was awesome, wait time in office was minimal, Nursing Staff were courteous, and Dr. Smith took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. As soon as I returned home from surgery I was able to take care of myself with minimal pain. I truly appreciate the care I received. I am eleven post surgery.

Horrible..
Horrible. He spoke to me for maybe 2 minutes and I’m being generous in saying that. Didn’t bother to even listen to me explain my issue. Every time I tried he would cut me off or butt-in just dismissing everything I was saying. He reviewed a scan that is now multiple years old and did his rushed examination based upon glancing at this old scan without bothering to order a new one, suggest a new one or even understand my concern that my issue had very much worsened since the last scan. I was sent on my way without any answers other than “yes you have this issue but it shouldn’t be bothering you and is of no concern”. Honestly dumbfounded by this experience. Now I have to go through this entire process again with an actual medical professional… thanks for wasting my time and money. I appreciate it. The nurse I dealt with and the front desk lady were extremely friendly, nice and attentive though. I commend them.

Dr. Smith was horrible. Will not be going back to his office, he gave my husband a shot to numb the area, when my husband flinched the Doctor said that hurts like a mother doesn't it. Very inappropriate to say, and then starting cutting before my husband was numb, wanted us too make an appointment to come back in about 2 weeks, to have cyst removed, will not be returning to his office. I would not recommend going to his office. I also called the Doctor who sent us too him, and I let her know how bad of an experience we had, and how much of a jerk he was. Would not recommend him too my worst enemy.

I went in for one surgery. Ended up two because of an accident on Dr.s part. This not the only problem we have had with him. My son had surgery done a few years ago. He ended up having two more surgeries to fix the problem he caused before he went on vacation. I wouldn't recommend taking my animals to him.
