Dr. Winston and his staff don't know how to communicate on procedure(s) between him and the hospital he does his procedure(s) to causing a lot rift on the amount of money that the patient is responsible for especially during a time corona virus that is going on around the world.

This was likely one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. Told us to go and get a $4,000 test. made us wait a week before hearing the results when we were told we would get the results that afternoon. Then, told us my wife had acid reflux!! What a revelation! then said he would refer us to another doctor for more testing and a week later, we're still waiting.

Wonderful Doctor and office staff. I did have to wait over 45 minutes to see the Doctor. That is too long, especially since I had to go back to work and I was late. But otherwise everything else was great.

I was having a swallowing problem. It seems had developed after I had an allergy attack due to the heavy pollin in the air. Dr. Winston did an upper GI to investigate. He discovered that my esophagus needed to be enlarged. Dr. Winston did so with balloon dilation which allowed my swallowing to improve.

After diagnosing me, Dr. Winston told me to "Google my diagnoses"!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I had a horrible experience pre-op through post-op. RECEIVED SURPRISED BILL $2,000!! And, this was after going through my expenses at least two times with facility, clinic, and my insurance. Facility nor clinic warned me of using out of network pathologist! Employee at clinic told me this has happened several times before with other patients. If that's true, why don't they inform the patients ahead of time!

Everything is perfect, from the office staff to the nurse to Dr. Winston. Awesome Awesome Awesome, you will NOT find better! They are caring, most Dr offices you can't even get through or they take so long to give a callback but not here, they are timely, friendly and treat you as if you are their own child. Lovely personalities through the whole office!
