DR. Welch is rude and un professional. And not even sure he is the real eye Dr. Everytime when I ask him a question he go to internet. Nothing good to say about him.

I've been a patient for several years and recently had cataract surgery as well as treatment for an unrelated eye condition. I can't say enough good things about the care I received at his office and at the surgical center where he did my surgeries. His office staff is wonderful. Mary Ann, his receptionist juggles the difficult job of scheduling appointments and treatments, and his staff are competent, and very caring. You're not just a patient in Dr. Welch's office, you're a person!

Dr. Welch was rude, extremely impatient, and refused to listen to my concerns of blurry and poor vision after a surgery he performed. He said no one else had ever complained about their surgery. Former patients of his have had similar complications, and were very disappointed in the outcomes. I am now seeing a corneal specialist who told me that the surgery was a blatant misuse of my money because my vision is worse than before surgery, and the toric lens did not help. I am very disappointed
