Dr. Pronold
Dr. Pronold is always on time, and pleasant. He is extremely professional, and courteous. I have been seeing him for 10 years, and would never think of switching.

Good Dr., HORRIBLE office
Had appointment for 4/1, confirmed with office staff TWICE. Arrived for Appt., was told my appointment was for 4/6, where did that come from? Unless he fixes his office and website, go elsewhere.

He has a nice personality, and bed side manor, but that won't cure you. If you have a simple problem, he can help. However, if your problems are a bit outside the box, he won't be able to help. He wouldn't listen to me, and just made excuses. Because of that, my issues became severe. Thankfully, I finally found a new gastro and my issues are now being worked on, and I am seeing results. It was my fault for not leaving Dr. A##hole Pronald long ago. I was right, and he was wrong, and because of that, my issues because super severe. I do not RECOMMEND this jacka##. A good doctor will realize you KNOW YOUR BODY, and will listen to your complaints instead of making up excuses and comparing you to other patients.
