Wonderful Caring Physician
One of the best doctors in my 59 years of life he really cared about his patients. With him you are not a number but a human being. I was his first patient on his first day to practice in the shoals.

Overcharged first service performed! Went to Lawrence Medical for care. Nurse was very efficient and spent most of the time with me. Dr. Lumpkins came in for not more than three minutes. Received my bill from him and it was $932.00! This is absolutely ridiculous! I would have gone to my regular health care provider the next day but was just to sick to wait. Never again! I’ll wait next time. This should never be allowed. My insurance would not pay so I’m supposed to come up with 932.00 for three minutes. By the way they did pay for ER visit just not his insane bill!

Dr Lumpkins is a excellent Dr. that listens to patients and takes time to explain things.was our family physician and also our friends doctor when he practised in Florence,al.we are all still looking for a Good family Dr,have not found the right one yet.wish he was back in Lauderdale co.never saw him do anything out of the ordinary!Never!or prescribe Anything he should Not have, Never!!
