if you can even call it a visit. my husband is in a mobility cart due to ms. he rep refused him service because the "doctor" would not allow the mobility cart in the service area. my husband could not walk in the exam area without his brace which meant he had to keep his shoes on to make the journey into the exam area. This was unacceptable to the "doctor" who expected that my husband would walk into the exam are with paper slipper!!. He is not what i wold even refer to as doctor . "THE DOCTOR" was unwilling to make any compromise to accommodate the situation. I will be reporting this to the medical ethics board.
