Dr. Barry Eppley, MD

One of the best surgeons I have ever had and I have had over numerous procedures over 30 decades of modeling. Insightful, knowledgeable, willing to please the patient but yet very risk-averse and cautious when need be. I had already rib removal and gluteal implants. He removed the two ribs but explained to me that my personal anatomy did not allow for more rib removal safely. In terms of gluteal implants - my results are so much more superior to my girlfriend’s who had a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon do the same procedure who claims to be the best and calls himself the Butt Kong. My scars are virtually invisible only six months post surgery as he placed them so artfully - the don’t look like surgery scars. Great staff, comfy and aesthetically pleasing recovery room. Also more affordable than New York area or Beverly Hills plastic surgeons. He is my go to doc from now on!

If I could I would of went to another surgeon. My breast are not what I wanted. I got a lift and reduction. He didn’t go as small as I wanted him to, even made a comment about if I want them that small then I should I consider a “gender change” . I didn’t find it funny. They not full or perky. His whole process is disturbing as well. He has his photographer come take pics of you undressed while he degrades you. Therefore you go home low self esteem enough to feel in need of the surgery. At least I did. Can’t knock his hustle. I just would pick someone who would fulfill my wishes not whatever they thought I should look like.

Horrible. In June 2020 I went in for cheek filler. Amanda, the injector suggested tear troughs filled instead. She went on and on about how wonderful it looked. I thought I looked unusual, as I did not have any cheeks left. It gave my face a flushed looked. As I don't like to complain I figured it would dissolve. It didn't. A doctor I met briefly told me my tear troughs were over filled & it could be dissolved. I called the office and Amanda said it was not the filler causing these lumps. Finally last week while in with another doctor he right off said my tear troughs were way over filled, & injected them with an enzyme to dissolve but said it may take more than one set of injections. I contacted Amanda who is now at another office and she told me I needed to contact Dr. Eppley's office. They informed me because I had some dissolved they would not dissolve the rest. So now I am stuck with one little pocket of filler.

Dr.Eppley and his staff have treated me with excellent care. I have been a patient of his for 23 years . I would highly recommend him. Born with a birth defect affecting my face he has helped me in so many ways through surgery and also conversations that have inspired me.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Epply to repair a deppressed skull defect with a custom implant & i cudnt be more happy with the results, the entire staff and Dr Eppleys team was undeniably the best option and treated me and my and my caregiver with nothing but respect and professionalism. I couldnt be more happy with the results and i reccomend anyone with anything simmilair to me or any procedure he offers to go with him because he has truly changed my life for the better.

The admins are unprofessional and disrespectful. The surgeon isn’t the most qualified either. You don’t have to believe me. Continue to do your own research.

Dr. Eppley and his staff are great and make sure you’re completely educated on what it is your wanting to do with your body.

On May 17th I did a full Midface implant and a entire jaw Angle implant both custom made, the result are beyond extraordinary! Huge change with a natural flavor. I would definitely recommend dr barry eppley aka the doc and the entire team is just beautiful people they will treat like family, I honestly couldn't be happier with my results, its just perfect

I am going to write this review to protect other people. I am in the Cosmetic Surgery industry myself ( I wasn’t at the time of the surgery), and I have worked with countless plastic surgeons all over the country, some of the top in the world, so I now know the clear difference between their level and quality, and that of Dr. Barry Eppley, so here are my thoughts. Dr, Eppley installed a custom wrap-around jaw implant, and it’s the best thing I could have done for my appearance. After losing a significant amount of weight, my face appeared like a deflated balloon. His pre-surgical, computer-imaging visualization of the installed implant was dead-on compared to the final result. I recommend listening to Dr. Eppley’s advice on implant size. He is the most qualified surgeon performing these types of procedures, and is a genuinely nice person.

Dr. Eppley took on my otoplasty revision case that multiple plastic surgeons in the U.S couldn’t perform due to the difficulty. Im not only amazed with the outcome but also the confidence he had in performing my surgery. I would Highly recommended Dr. Eppley.

Such a wonderful experience, absolutely love my results. After shopping around to different surgeons, I had decided to go with Dr. Eppley and I am very glad I did! I am quite young which was not a problem at all. They made sure I was informed with every little detail.

The Doctor has a very professional manner and attitude that helps when you're very anxious about going under the knife. Having had surgery with other Plastic surgeons.......I can say that he is top notch in his profession and would be my first choice in any surgical cosmetic procedure.

Never consider them. I went in for a basic fill on my first visit. They destroyed my eyes and then had the nerve to suggest I wait for the filler to dissipate on its own. They created bags I never had. I even asked the gal to stop and she kept going. Dr. E then suggested immediate surgery and would in no way refund me. Overpriced, do your research.

The best experience ever. He is very professional , easy to talk, relly care about your results. Highly recommend !

Dr. Eppley is very friendly and knowledgeable about my procedure. They are really good at email communications with out of town patients,try their best to reliever worries and explain it to your concerns. Very pleasant experience for my first Plastic Surgery.
