First Visit
Our first visit was handled fine. Dr was friendly and took time with us to go over all our concerns . Referred me to a hernia surgeon which I needed. All in all really satisfied.

Awesome
I have been with him since 2016. I had no doctor. Had a lot going on with my younger sister just dying from breast cancer. And needed to refill my prescriptions. I work in the medical industry myself. You can't please everybody. I had bad & good about him. I took my chances and I have never regretted it. And for that I found my doctor until he retires. Lol. He took me in immediately because I was literally out of medicine and refilled what I needed and I have been with him ever since. I really like the way he is. I like the fact that he gets straight to the point. And does his best to explain to me what and why. I have brain damage. And sometimes I forget the why and have to ask again. He is very patient with me. His reception's can be very rude. But I'm sure she does a great job for him. You can't have everything perfect. I'm sure she gets overwhelmed with so many patients coming through that door.

You will be hard pressed to find a Doctor that is to the point, honest and caring. If you want someone to compliment you or baby you with your oblivious medical problems, Dr. Billington is not for you.

Dr. Billington did not give me the time of day when I was sick. At my last visit I went into the room to see the doc who was sitting there and already appeared to be mad about something. No smile. No hello. He did not greet me or my two toddlers who were with me. He just began asking questions. I tried my best to answer all of them. He kept asking questions faster and faster which was overwhelming. He then concluded that I was not sick... sent me on my way with no goodbye and out to his rude receptionist. His whole practice is overwhelmingly terrible. The receptionist and medical assistant were both rude. The bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen. I will never go back to this man. Oh and I did go to another doc who said I was really sick so it funny how taking time to listen really does make a difference...

I like Dr. Barry Billington and his office staff. I refer others to see Dr. Billington. His staff are professional, warm, and courteous. The office is clean and comfortable. Barry is on time for patient scheduled appointments. He likes to teach. I can ask him anything and feel very comfortable. He listens to my concerns and I trust his medical decisions. He takes his time with me, answers my questions, gives me treatment options, and refers out to a trusted specialist if needed.
