I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient (referred by my insurance). He said he was accepting New Patients, but I had to call back in a month and a half because he didn't know his schedule. I was asking another question and he hung up on me! How can you do that to someone who is seeking help with mental illness?

Dr. Altenberg has been a great fit for myself. He is thoughtful, attentive, very intuitive, and just an awesome provider. I have been improving my situation since seeing him regularly and appreciate his humor as well.
