Unprofessional
I worked with her in the hospital, caring for her patients. Once I had to decline the transfer of a patient who was too ill for my unit. I did it as diplomatically as I could, since I respected her and she was my family physician, too. She was angry, but the Medical Director said that I had made the right decision. She sent me a letter the next day, firing me as a patient, with no explanation!

Never have I had a doctor who was so caring, patient and concerned for both my well being and that of my husband. Their is nothing routine about visits as she takes the time to talk and listen to you. Her staff is as pleasant, welcoming and professional as she is. Overall, it is the best experience I could ever hope to have with a doctor and their office.

Dr. ignored my requests to get labs and tests done that were later diagnosed by another (more caring) doctor to be a rare type of non Hodgkin lymphoma. Symptoms had persisted for several months. Minimal concern from Golub even when diagnosis was shared with her.

I am a nurse and very particular about doctor and how their offices run. My experience was great. Getting my initial appointment was a little challenging but it was worth the wait to get established. The office staff was friendly and timely. Dr. Golub was running a bit late due to an emergency. She apologized when she entered the room. She did not rush my time with her at all. She performed a full physical and detailed family history. I was very pleased.
