This woman is rude and not intelligent.. I think she uses the rudeness to cover up how very limited she is. Incorrect information, abrupt, and cannot communicate well to save her life. AVOID. Kaiser has good physicians. She is not one of them.

She was condescending and unfriendly. She told me five times to watch this prenatal information video so as to “cut down on calling in for unnecessary questions”. This is my first pregnancy and I got excited and chuckled when I heard the baby’s heart beat for the first time. Since I moved a little she got annoyed and said she had to take the picture again. My husband and I came in with so much excitement and so many questions. I left feeling like a burden and pretty alone left in the dark.

Unprofessional, condescending. She was extremely rude when I asked for a prescription for the pill- my insurance had changed and I needed a refill. She informed me they didn't carry the type of pill I was on, and when I asked what she recommended and she said, "There are 1,000s of pills. How do you expect me to pick one?" Um because I asked for something similar and it's your job. She also asked if I was this 'bad' at exams- I had gone in bc my labia was inflamed and in a lot pf pain...

Dr. Turner was my first OBGYN when I joined the Kaiser network in 2001. I left thenetwork due to change of insurance in 2003. When I returned to Kaiser 2007, I was excited because I could go back to her. I was surprised that not only did she remember me, but she was equally happy to see me again after so many years. She is the best OBGYN who helped me conceive my first child. My husband and I are forever grateful for her services. Dr. Turner cares about her patients and I love her for that.

I have been going to Dr. Barbara Turner for at least 10 years. Her bedside demure is excellent. She takes time with me and goes over my questoons, lab results and concetns. Her patient care and advice is exceptional. She has helped me to live a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend her to any woman seeking quality care.

I went to her complaining of pelvic pain that had not resolved with multiple rounds of antibiotics. I provided the dates of previous exams and the treatments. She didn't perform an exam, didn't order anything once she found out that I was on antidepressants. She immediately jumped to it must be all in my head. It was the worst experience I had ever had with any physician. Not only do I not recommend her, I recommend that you find anyone else besides her.

I started seeing Dr Turner after my doctor left Kaiser. She is great. She keeps it real. Expects you to play a role in your health care choices. She saved my life after several visit to other doctors with no diagnosis I saw her and it took less than 5 mins for her to see there was a huge tumor in my abdomen turned out to be ovarian cancer. So if you want a straight forward doctor who wants you to learn about what's going on with your body she is the doc for u. If u need to be babied maybe not

Dr. Turner is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She was rude, dismissive, unwilling to listen to me and told me it was my responsibility to go home and research which birth contrl pill I wanted to be on because there were "too many" for her to go over options with me. Do not go to this doctor..
