Dr. Barbara Krueger, MD

Dr Krueger preformed my breast cancer surgery and has made me feel so much better about the surgery I was afraid and stressed about everything mentally and physically but after having sections with her and her supporting me through the entire process I’m glad I chose her!! She’s the best and will recommend her to anyone!!

I had a double mascetomy with implants done in June, Dr. Krueger was one of my surgeons. My family was very impressed she stayed for the whole surgery (just in case). I have severe anxiety she put me at ease before and after the procedure. She checked up on me everyday when I was out of the hospital to see how I was doing. When I had to schedule the follow-up her exact words were "when do you want to come in?" I've seen several doctors throughout my cancer journey. She really does make you feel like your the most important patient to her. If you are on the fence go see her you won't be disappointed and if you don't believe me ask anyone. Everyone I told Dr. Krueger was doing my surgery told me she was great they weren't wrong. Just recently a Doctor put it perfectly my surgery was done by a LEGEND and I honestly couldn't have put it better myself. I'm so thankful to have found her.

Dr, Kruger took the time to explain my biopsy results. The person that was with me, she was glad to answer or explain any questions that she had. She spent quite abit of time with us. She explained what tests would be scheduled for me and if there was a conflicting problem I could change the date. Also was explained, was genetic testing. Afterwards I actually met with the entire Breast Cancer team. All the doctors, etc. The person came in to explain in detail the genetic testing and it was up to me if I wanted to have it done. We both thought that everyone was professional and spent the time to talk to us and not rush us. We both felt very comfortable and relaxed. My appointment was for 9AM and we didn't leave until 12:30PM.

If you are diagnosed with DCIS, DO NOT go to this doctor. She does not understand the difference between aggressive and non aggressive DCIS. She also does not realize that when doing a lumpectomy clear margins should be obtained. Furthermore, she gives lazy answers when she is asked about test results. If she doesn't know the answer to your question she will just make it up. She needs to retire. Just awful.

Dr. Krueger is the most caring, wonderful doctor I have ever encountered. She made my breast cancer diagnosis bearable. She takes the time to explain everything that is happening and what will happen. She always made sure I understood everything before I left the office. My bilateral mastectomy went very well and the recovery also went very well. I'm so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Krueger. If anyone ever needs a doctor/surgeon for breast cancer, Dr. Krueger is the one you want.

Dr. Krueger is the most amazing physician. She cares so much about her patients and treats them like family. I credit her for saving my life.

Dr. Krueger has got to be the BEST Surgeon of our times. Her concerns for her patients is outstanding. Dr. Krueger is such a perfectionist and only surrounds herself with the same. If you have Breast Cancer she is the only surgeon to call.

I was informed about Dr. Krueger from other people. I am more than happy I decided to have Dr. Krueger as my surgeon. She instantly made me feel comfortable. I love that she gives her patients an opportunity to call her if needed. I appreciate you Dr. Krueger and very blessed to have you as my surgeon. She’s like no other doctor I know, surpassing all not only with her expertise but also her kindness and ability to put her patients at ease. And I might add that her staff is the absolute best as well. I was so fortunate to find Dr. Krueger for my surgery.

This Dr. was a second opinion. After meeting her and felt her warm-hearted diagnosis and treatment. I was hooked. She made me feel so comfortable. After my surgery I felt ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. HOW? Dr. Krueger held my hand and rubbed my head until I was asleep in the operating room. She’s classy, professional, beautiful and is there from the beginning of your journey until the end. No matter what. My scars are beautiful and I wasn’t butchered which is most important to me. I can honestly say I can still look at myself in the mirror and Dr. Krueger is the cause for it. She and her whole team (all women) did an amazing job and I’m grateful. Thank you!!

Do yourself a favor and pick this doctor for your surgery. She’s compassionate and extremely skilled at what she does. I can barely see my scares anymore from Breast cancer surgery!!!!! Extremely available to just listen as well and thats hard to find in doctors anymore...

She is the best. I was so frighted when I was told that I had breast cancer. She promised me my concerns that I have with anesthesia awareness would not happen. And It didn't. A very conscientious , caring and excellent professional. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone. As I said she is the BEST. Please note I live in Florida. Well worth the traveling to her and only her for surgery.

Dr. Krueger is a wonderful and very compassionate doctor. She communicates very well with her patients and she is passionate about the work she do. I became a patient of her in 1/2014.

Beware of this doctor!!!!! Do not let her operate on you! She is not a breast surgeon only a general surgeon. She removed my breasts and left behind tons of breast tissue. Due to this my cancer returned quickly. My new set of doctors weighed the amount of breast tissue and said it should have all been removed. Because of her I had to do chemo twice! I also had to have my reconstructive surgery of my new breasts all removed again. I went through this hell because of her Do not walk run away!!!!

I tell EVERYONE about Dr. Krueger and insist they always receive an opinion from her. She used to call me on Sundays to check on me. She even stayed with me at the E.R. for an hour when I had an infection, even though I insisted she go home (after just finishing a long shift/surgery). She honest and extremely gentle at the same time.
