Dr. Falkell was always a kind and compassionate doctor for my two daughters. We really appreciated her care and attention whenever we had questions or concerns.

Visited following an ER visit for a painful leg injury on the recommendation of the ER doc. They indicated they didn't THINK the leg was broken but to follow up with my physician. I waited knowing she doesn't like frivolous visits. When i informed of continued pain and dysfunction to Falkell and requested further testing, she responded: "Well, they're not going to give you an MRI just because you hurt your leg." When i did get the MRI following months of pain from another doc, it showed THE LEG WAS BROKEN. Thanks for nothing barbara falkell

I have had an excellent number of years with Dr. Falkell as my primary care physician, spanning time in several different offices and 2 hospital systems. She has always been respectful, a good listener and excellent at answering my questions. I find her compassionate and well informed and attentive to the various health needs I have had over almost 2 decades.

Very dismissive, limited to no resources or insight to patient needs or concerns. She totally lacked in compassion and overall skills. Save your life, health, and time. She is NOT the doctor to see.

I made new patient appointment. Had to wait 2 months go get in. Less than 48 hours before the appointment I get a call cancelling, saying that she will be out of town and we need to reschedule. I was told that since I'm a new patient the earliest I can be rescheduled for is in 2 months!! This is ridiculous! I have waited for this appointment instead of choosing a different PCP and now they tell me I have to wait 2 months more - and very nonchalant about it. Tells me all I need to know.

Today I was there thinking I had a UTI. Dr. came in the room and said "Nothing is showing in your urine sample" I asked if it was possible that it could be diabetes? Started telling her I was very thirsty, tired, and urinating A LOT. Before I even finished my question she shouted "YOU DON'T HAVE DIABETES. YOU HAD A PHYSICAL THREE MONTHS AGO AND IT IS NOT GOING TO SUDDENLY SHOW UP. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO DIAGNOSE WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. YOU MADE AN APPT. FOR A UTI, MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!

I found her to be very thorough and attentive. She has a nurturing quality I like. She helped me and my husband prevent and maintain our health. The office stays very close to appt time and always seem happy.

I have been a patient for several years, had my records transferred over when she switched offices but haven't needed to use her since. I called today to schedule an appt and the rude female on the phone said I am considered a new patient and said I would need to wait 3 months! I told I was trying to schedule an appt because I recently found out I was pregnant and she told me it would still be 3 months!! Clearly I cannot wait that long so looking elsewhere which is sad since I LIKE Dr. Falkel

I would NEVER recommend that anyone go to this office. I waited 2 months for an appointment. My scheduled appointment time was 10:45...I arrived at 10:27 to be exact. The staff was extremely rude to me. When I gave them my insurance card with Dr. Falkell's name on it they said it didn't match with the doctor on the insurance website. I asked them to call the insurance and they said "it wasn't their problem." Then...they said we had to reschedule! DISGUSTING people work at this place.

I was a patient at Dr. Falkell's old practice. I transferred my medical records to her new practice at her invitation, and now called to schedule an appointment for a medical issue. I was told I would have to wait three months to see her, and was invited to go to urgent care in the meantime. Irresponsible and disheartening. I will find another physician.
