It was a very quick, uncaring visit. No bedside manner, she could careless about me as a patient. I have seen Cora several times and she is very nice, but I did not care for Barb at all. I won't use her practice ever again.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Drozdowski.
My experience with Dr. Drozdowski has been excellent for several years. She is quick and very thorough with exams and can see something right away that might be cancerous. I have had melanoma cancer surgery and since then, have appointments every six months. Right now, I am receiving radiation treatments for cancer on my nose. The office staff and nurses are kind and efficient.

Never again
I had a terrible visit 8 years ago and decided to try Holland Dermatology again since West Michigan Dermatology had a very long wait time. They were not able to treat the skin condition successfully and the PA was unprofessional and rude. We did not receive follow up information and had to call the primary care physician to figure out after visit care. I asked to speak to someone about the bad experience we had and was ignored.

I've been a patient of Dr. Drozdowski for several years, and have always been completely satisfied with my care. Her PAs are thorough and when Dr. D comes in I am ready for her. She is competent in examinations, and has discovered several areas of Basil Cell Carcinoma and treatment was prescribed to take care of it before it had a chance to become more serious. She has always been willing to answer any questions I had. I've never felt rushed, and I'm grateful she is a member of several physicians that make up my medical team in Holland.

why is Barb even a doctor?
absolutely could care less about me as her patient. I could not get an appointment for about 2 1/2 months for a rash. it got worse. went to urgent care, follow-up with my internist and was told i had to see a dermatologist. My appointment was still weeks away. i was in her office 3x per week for another treatment. when i saw her and told her my situation, she could have cared less. i was told to just keep waiting!!! totally unacceptable! Like I said, she could care less!

Horrible experience
Appointment was extremely rushed. Dr. spent 45 seconds in the exam room with me. Turned her back on me while I was trying to express my concerns. Prescribed a medication that I didn’t want and will not fill. Will never return.

Appointment was extremely rushed. The staff was ok. Although, also extremely rushed. Like an assembly line. Dr. didn’t listen to my concerns. Instead wrote a Rx that I didn’t want, won’t fill. Will not return.

I saw Dr. Drozdowski multiple times for a rash on my face. Each time, she spent maybe five minutes in the exam room with me and never even stood close enough to properly look at my face. She just kept prescribing new medication and would say this one will definitely work. I later found out my insurance quit paying for all the visits but she kept scheduling more appointments. None of the meds worked and I feel she was just in it for the money. Treated me like a number and not a patient. I went to another dermatologist and he immediately told me it was rosacea. He prescribed a treatment plan and it cleared up after only one visit! My experience with Dr. Drozdowski left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I had called to make an appointment for a few skin tags removed. When I got into the room the nurse told me the if the Dr removed them then insurance wouldn't cover it. The Dr reitterated the same thing. My frustration if they know that then when I made the appointment why didn't they tell me that it would have saved a trip to the office and an office visit charge. One thing I have noticed Everytime you go in, is that you are in and out very quickly. It feels a lot like an assembly line.

Horrible experience. I have been having issues with my left nipple and was told that it could be cancerous. I went to get a biopsy done however when I went in, the PA seemed to have no idea that I was here for a biopsy that was requested by Dr. Drozdowski. I don't even think the PA even looked at my charts. When I mentioned her I was here for the biopsy she looked at me confused. I have a family history of cancer.

The doctor is way to busy to give the sort of care required for patients suffering from reoccuring skin cancer. By the time you get an appointment, the cancer is out of control.

Dr. Drozdowski is rather cold and does NOT "waste" time getting to know you. Honestly, I feel like she barely looked at me. There are signs everywhere stating you are not allowed to ask about any other issue other than the one you scheduled for. What kind of a doctor does that? The office staff is equally unfriendly, although I've found some of the nurses to be a little more warm. The wait for an appt is always over 6 months and you see her for less than 3 minutes.

I went to see Dr. Drozdowski after having seen her previously. The service was criminal. They claimed I was 15 min late which was not true. They said they left me a voice mail to come in 20 minutes earlier yet but a check of all incoming calls showed no call. The said they mailed me paperwork, which I could not have received since I made the appt only 3 days before. I took the PM off work & drove 60 miles RT, but was not allowed to see the doctor. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this office

Awful customer service! I was extremely disappointed in the quality of care and lack of professionalism. She was very unprofessional and rushed through all of my appointments, which made it difficult to understand the information I was given. I would ask questions to better understand my medication, and was given very rude responses - she even laughed out loud at some of my questions, making me feel very belittled. I would not recommend her as a dermatologist.

I was extrememly dissatisfied with Dr. Drozdowski. She was curt during our first appt and required a follow up to tell me that there was nothing to be done re the "normal" pimples on my scalp. I would think that "normal pimples" would be covered in dermatology 101, but I am quite sure that requiring a follow up to say that there is nothing that could be done, which could have easily been handled by a call, was clearly a desperate money grab. What a disappointing lack of character!
