I go for a yearly checkup for my diabetes and yes the general staffing was short 2 people due to COVID. Dr Barchiesi was very caring about my health in all aspects. She gave me thorough reports on my retina photos and provided recommendations pertaining to my prescription. I was very pleased with my visit and the staff. They were all very professional.

Terrible beside manor. The wait time was absolutly ridiculous. Our appointment would be at 825 in the morning and we wouldnt leave the office until around 12 or 1. Do not recomend this Dr to anyone.

Dr. Barchiesi preformed my lasik surgery. I am pleased with the operation and I would recommend to have it done. I have heard there are other doctors who would preform the surgery for much less than this office's cost but it is hard to put a price on a cosmetic surgery. She took the time to answer any and all questions beforehand and treated me well during the operation. Not bad to get second opinions on anything in life, including surgeries.

Terrible experience and getting worse. Had lasik and wanted mono vision to avoid reading glasses. She was happy to perform the procedure. Immediately had problems. Upon follow up 1 eye was over corrected and other eye was under corrected. She did a 2nd procedure at no charge. all was good for maybe 2 years when I started having problems. She blamed this upon a developing cataract . my vision continued to worsen Eventual she said I needed glasses. Even these did little to help. Finally I got a 2n

I was her first appointment in the day, the techs filled all three waiting rooms in the back. Barchiesi finally shows up at almost 9:30. When I asked her about it, she got extremely defensive and tried lying to me. No one apologized for my ridiculous wait, they are way over booked. Will never come back. Hey doc, you are a normal person, your time is no more valuable than anybody else! Treat us with respect!
