Dr. Vo is a great PC Doctor
Listens and is knowledgeable. My family member has special needs. He had detected and diagnosed two serious health problem, one that was missed by a specialist with that family member. He does not hesitate to refer to a specialist for a more complete evaluation. We have been with Dr. Vo for more than five years and wouldn’t think of changing doctors.

Misfiles claims, doesn't read info about patient
At first I thought he was fine. But after my second physical with him, it was clear he was not actually giving me specific feedback, and just copying and pasting generic feedback. For example, he told me I should consider incorporating cardio exercise when I had included on my check-in forms that I run 6 times a week. He also has regularly misfiled claims, which leads to me being charged for things my insurance would cover. When I have tried to have this fixed, it has required multiple phone calls and hours spent on something he should be handling correctly.

Dr. Vo listened intently during my physical, was thorough in his assessment of the issues I raised, and gave me appropriate referrals for specialists. The nursing team supporting him were very polite and assisted me promptly.

I great experience with Dr. Vo. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all my wiestions to my sayisfaction. He responded to my email requests very promptly. Wait time was better than any other medical office. But front desk staff was a bit unfriendly.

One of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. He's not thorough, comes off inexperienced and when you ask him a question, he is unable to answer them. He's afraid to look you in the eyes, does not follow-up with his patients and gives inconclusive physicals. He also tries to charge patients for services never received. I wouldn't go to this doctor if he was the last one in Virginia.

I made an appointment with Dr. Vo at the suggestion of my OBGYN. I was 5 months postpartum and struggling with weight loss, not feeling well, extreme exhaustion. Dr. Vo was extremely dismissive, recommended me for psychiatric consult and suggested it was just post partum depression. I met with both a therapist an psychiatrist who both agreed this was not ppd and found another doctor who identified issues with hormones. Dismissive and uneducated in treating postpartum women

I will never see Dr. Vo again, I had such a horrible experience. I had strep throat for the first time ever. I rarely get sick, so when I am sick I rely on the doctor for guidance & diagnosis. This was a basic diagnosis and he told me I did not have strep, that I might have oral thrush then gave me a prescription that he said I didn't need to fill. He never said he sent out a 2 day culture too. I had to go see another doctor the next day to get it all sorted out. Do not see this doctor.
