I thought Dr. Bal was my primary care physician. It didn't turn out that way. Dr. Bal was unavailable when I was ill. He was also unavailable for regularly scheduled appointments. On at least three separate consecutive occasions, he cancelled such appointments that had been scheduled months in advance, and he did so as the date for the scheduled appointments approached. Over a period of 15 months, I was never able to see Dr. Bal. When I raised this problem with him through My Chart, he didn't have the courtesy to resond. So I gave up.

Awesome experience in my first visit. He's very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Validated all my concerns and answered all my questions.
