If I could give 5000 stars, I would!!! I've been seeing Thomas Perkins PA at Dr. Baldemar Covarrubias’s office for over 20 years. Thomas Perkins is our primary provider for my husband and myself. He goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered. He works with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. He wants to make sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable. I was THANKFUL to the doctor’s office staff in setting me up an appointment the same day. I waited probably 5 minutes to be seen. Thomas Perkins and his assistant Amanda arranged for me to get treated at Spohn Hospital Emergency Room. He and the doctor’s office staff are professional and polite, they go out of their way to care the patients.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 14 years. My husband and extended family are all patients there. I see Melinda Salinas, PA and have had good, sound medical treatment and advice. I am able to ask questions using the app and leave messages with a prompt response from the practitioner. I have been able to get appointments when needed and they are accommodating. The office staff are reliable to schedule referrals as well and follow-up with results. I feel this practice is providing great health services.

Melinda has been my Primary a Care Provider for over 10 years. She is always thorough, compassionate, and answers all of my questions. I do not hesitate to recommend Melinda and this practice to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Covarrubias since he opened his medical practice nearly 40 years ago and would not go elsewhere. I have been extremely pleased with all the PAs I have seen. I have seen Tom, Melissa, and Anne. They are all great, caring, and very knowledgeable Physicians but I have chosen to see Anne Mosiman, PA. Anne is very personal, caring, and knowledgeable. She doesn't rush through the visit and explains thoroughly any medical concerns and/or medications. She explains all test results thoroughly and answers all questions. Between visits, we communicate via the Healow App and I get quick responses (ie: refills on Rx). Christina at the front desk is also very friendly and gets me into the exam room very quickly. She is thorough and quick to update my information each time. I have known her for the same period. Dr. Anne's nurses are friendly and kind as they do my vitals and thoroughly prepare my records for my visit. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I have been patients of this facility and have had excellent results. Tom Perkins has been out go to professional and he is a great listener and has gotten us through a number of health issues. We highly recommend this organization and have nothing but praise for their over all health services.

I was treated by NP Anne mosiman . Most of my visits or televisits. It was very convenient over the phone. When a scheduled appt they were always on time. Oxygen was delivered and medication‘s were called in promptly. The office followed up after my hospital stay. I would recommend the NP. I needed several referrals to different specialist. Their referral department responded immediately. Dr Covarrubias takes his time to explain things. Being a female I found it easier to talk to the NP. My son-in-law and daughter are patients there as well. They are very pleased with the doctor and staff.

Melinda is a caring, efficient and dedicated medical professional who treats her patients with respect. I have been treated by Melinda for 10 years, and she always finds a way to effectively treat my ailment and prescribes the necessary medication and therapy to cure the problem. Melinda thoroughly discusses the medical situation with the patient and listens to the patient's concerns. I would highly recommend Melinda as a medical professional. Dr. Baldemar Covarrubias has been my physician for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and very informative. He is patient and thorough. He does not rush thru your visit and has a professional yet emphatic bed side manner. I have seen many of his employees come and go throughout the years but Michelle, his nurse, has always been there and she’s the best! I would strongly recommend him!

Ok. I have never been to the doctor so I cannot comment on service in the hospital, but I will comment on the person I talked to. I will not even bother coming when a supposed customer service sound rude, as if they need to get off the phone to do something else when all you are trying to do is set up an appointment. I definitely do not want to be a patient with a group that lack customer service

Wait time is always over an hour even if you show up early. Dr. Covarrubias is always booked so every time I make an appt I have to see the NP never ever have I seen Dr. Covarrubias and I have been with them for years...Oh and let's not forget if You forget to call at least 24 hrs before your appt to cancel or change it they charge you a fee of $65.00!!!!!! You know not everyone can remember they have an appt 2 wks later and No they do not send you any kind of reminder email or text.
