TERRIBLE FRONT DESK!
I (or a family member) visited this office and needed assistance from the front desk. Unfortunately, they never answered the phone, forcing us to visit in person. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were rude and unhelpful. In the end, they failed to fulfill their responsibility, and we were unable to obtain the prescribed medication. Ultimately, we had no choice but to see another doctor.

Terrible, Terrible office and patient care
Dr. Bonyadi is not educated in alternate treatment protocols and we got much better results with a different doc. Her office is the worst I have ever seen. It's almost unbelievable and I'm not sure how anyone even makes an appointment anymore because they don't answer the phone or respond ever. They refused to provide any medical records. We had to start from ground zero with another doc due to not getting the records. What a train wreck of a medical office.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
I have never had a negative experience with any doctor until this referral was sent to me. First of all her staff will NOT return phone calls so I had to go back in to talk to someone face to face. A week and half prior she prescribed me a medication or so I thought. Daily I called and left a message with no response. So when I finally walked in front staff said they had told the doctor several times i needed my script. Then the doctor came out and proceeded to tell me this is not an urgent care clinic and its first come first serve. all I wanted was the medicine she said she was going to prescribe at the initial appointment. She is arrogant and down right rude. I should have known when I initially met her she complained to me about the patient before me and how they asked too many questions. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life. And all this she said out loud for everyone in the waiting room to witness.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Bonyadi is a doctor who cares about us at patients. She has always taking time to make certain I understand everything as it related to my health. After suffering a stroke, she helped me recuperate and monitored my recovery. I thank her and highly recommend her as a wonderful neurologist.

Wonderful Doctor!
Wonderful Doctor. You might wait a bit for her but it’s worth it. She takes her time and explains everything, answering any questions you might have. The front office staff was very helpful.

Dr. has very poor patient skill, unprofessional
Set an appointment over 3 months out because Dr. is out of town. When I call back never got to talk to human. They never answer the phone goes to Voice mail. leave a message they never call back. The day of appointment I showed up, showed my insurance card & driver license to the front office the lady insisted to make a copy of my license, I said go ahead write down the information from the license but don't make a copy, because I don't want it to go to the wrong hands, like hacking the gaining of unauthorized access to data. She insisted to copy the license, she kept arguing I said go ahead, After two minutes the Dr. Bonyadi came charging at me in the waiting room ready to fight. Wow! I never seen a Dr. wants to fight a patient. She said is there any problem? so 'you have to leave.' I said No, she already copied my license. Abviously I'm a patient, I came here to get advise, not to fight. I will not return to such dysfunctional office with a Dr. that is charges on patients to fight.

Dr. Bonyadi is wonderful and she’s caring. The reason for the poor review is her front office staff. There is some kind of breakdown of communication between her and them. You leave a message with them…She never gets it. They never call you back. You tell them you need medication refilled….. they never get the message to her. You have to call over and over again. Her front office staff is horrible! You leave messages they don’t call you back. And quite frankly, they aren’t very friendly at all and quite condescending actually.

Dysfunctional office, Dr. showed poor people skill
Set an appointment up over two months out (because of Dr. schedule). Tried to change the date by calling four times, each time leaving a voice mail when no on answered. Day before the appointment they called to confirm. When I showed up early the Dr. came out and told me I needed to wear a mask. I advised her that masks are ineffective and asked her if she followed the literature. She admitted she did not. She said that they did not have masks to give out, so "you have to leave." I will not return to such dysfunctional office with a Dr. that does not follow the literature on the effectiveness of masks. Her office is the most dysfunctional that I can ever remember, so if her medical skills are consistent with her front office, I would avoid her at all costs.

The Most Caring & Professional Doctor
I took my daughter to see Dr. Bonyadi. As all Mothers know, the welfare and care for our children, is one of the most important issue for us. She was the kindest, and most caring, all the while, she showed so much knowledge and professionalism. In all my interactions with her, Dr. Bonyadi has been above and beyond. Look no further. I highly recommend her.
