Always Insightful and professional. I have been going to Dr. Gupta for several years and have nothing but positive things to share. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens well and ask questions. He really seems to care about me and my health.

He has been very good for me. Have never had to even del with a staff person as I book my next appointment directly with him. He has been very good at managing my dosage and I feel a lot better now! Sorry to read the negative comments. I like him.

He does a good job, asks good questions, and works w a person respectfully. He can tell the difference between a psychiatric problem and a bad day, so gives good feedback when someone is struggling.

Avoid him. He put me on antidepressants and told me how important it is not to miss a dose but you have to beg for refills. He won't respond to your pharmacy. You MUST call. The staff always says they'll refill it and they don't, and if you push them about it, they just hang up on you. They're all garbage. They've messed up scheduling my appointments 3 times in the last yr, and then tried to charge me. It's a shoddy operation and their staff are rude and inconsiderate. He doesn't care at all.

I have had 5 or 6 appointments so far, and out of those, once I was called morning of and advised they needed me to reschedule, once I drove all the way there and was told he was on his way to court and was sending home patients, and today I drove all the way there and found out they mistakenly scheduled me for next week on one of my workdays (even though my reminder says today, they refused to squeeze me in) so I don't have an appt for 3 more weeks now!

He doesn't listen and doesn't provide answer to your questions pertinent to your health. He likes to tell you what you are and what you do versus listening to your valid concerns and some questions my primary care even said were valid questions but for my psychiatrist to answer and he would not give me answers that he should know. His compassion level is poor overall. I understand why the other people posted negative reviews and their reasoning as well. The staff doesn't follow through.

I wish I could give 0 stars. He prescribed anti-psychotic drugs for my father that were not needed. Dr. Gupta saw my father briefly and prescribed drugs that had a clear black box warning not to use on elderly!! When I obtain the POA for my dad's health, I requested a meeting to discuss his treatment of my dad with these drugs and he had an assistant call me to tell me he didn't "feel comfortable" discussing it with me. If you did nothing wrong, why do you have a problem discussing it?

Inaccessible hours for 'real' people and constant changes to office location. Doc stares at his computer screen during your whole appointment, which makes you feel unheard. Record management seems to not exist -if you move, you will have to give your new address at each visit. Have heard staff poke fun at other patients while waiting, so I wonder what they are saying about me. If you call for a refill, the staff says that you must call the pharmacy and the pharmacy says you must call them. Loop!
