I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the exceptional care provided by Dr. Babak Alex Vakili and his office staff. Dr. Babak Alex Vakili not only demonstrated profound expertise in cardiology but also showed genuine compassion towards my dad's condition. His prompt diagnosis and effective treatment undoubtedly saved my dad's life. Moreover, his office staff were incredibly kind and professional, making the entire experience seamless and comforting. Thanks to Dr. Babak Alex Vakili and his team, we still have our dad with us today. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Babak Alex Vakili to anyone in need of a cardiologist; he truly is the best doctor ever.

Dissatisfied
Long wait for initial appointment. 2 hour wait before seeing doctor. When he finally entered, it seemed like all he wanted to do was leave. Brusque and disinterested in my concerns. I'll not be going back.

He saved my life!
I came to visit Dr. Vikili after spending a week in the hospital where I almost died due to a serious declining health condition. Dr. Vikili very quickly discovered that I had been mis-diagnosed for many years (10+) with another illness by my doctors from another state. The failure to treat my real issue almost lead to my loss of life, he quickly discovered my true health issue and proved via testing that I had a very different / dangerous issue. A few out-patient surgeries later, I have my life back! Some permanent damage was done by the failure of my other doctors to treat my real health issue vs the symptoms, but I now have hope that I have a future without further pain and suffering. Lastly, I've brought my elderly parents to see him and they both love him and he's helping them both. He is always easy to see, his staff are wonderful, and he and his staff provides true / compassionate care.

The office doesn’t return phone calls. Additionally they are more interested in keeping the money in their practice (doing a pre test that has already been performed) rather than doing the procedure that is needed.

I am so happy, I finally am fixed after 45 years!! I have had left foot and leg swelling since I was 11 years old. Countless doctors have looked and suggested diet, sitting, standing, lymph node massage, lifts in my shoes and more. None of it worked or solved my problem, which got worse as I aged. Dr. Vakili was the only doctor that knew where to start diagnosing this lifelong problem. I trust him to help anyone with chronic conditions. He and his staff are simply amazing!

From day one of being with dr vakili he has treated me like a patient and not just a number on a board. my last cardiologist barly spent any time with me going over anything. Dr vakili hasn"t been that way he has explained all my medication and what they are helping with and has spoke to me about all of the different test he has run and made me feel so much better overall.
