There are not enough verbs to describe the wonderful care and treatment I've received there. I've had 5 implants done. Every procedure was explained and they always made me feel I could trust them to have my best interests at heart. It takes 4 hours to drive there and I don't regret driving all the way there. God bless him and his staff. They are wonderful!

Dr Emami is the greatest He carefully explained all the details about my problems and gave me options for treatment explaining pros and cons of each step It made me feel like I was involved in my care instead of being told what I must do All questions were answered I felt completely confident in his care I was even happier when I met the “team” on the day of my surgery I was told I was the VIP and I felt like I was getting VIP treatment Thank you to Dr Emami and his team

The billing and office manager at the banning office is horrible! She does not know what she is doing or how to bill. Our surgery was in August 2018 , it is October 2018 the insurance has yet to be billed properly! Her attitude and disrespect on the phone is unacceptable and unprofessional. With dual 80/20 insurance we still had to pay 20% down. And that was not told to us until day of.

I live about 70 miles from Cincinnati and have my serious medical work done there. I did not have a referral to an oral surgeon since my local dentist did not know anyone in Cincinnati, so I did my own research. The Staff and Dr. Emami himself were wonderful and my one tooth extraction, done on 8/8/2017, went perfectly. The office and staff made me feel very safe and really cared for. I will be back for any other work i need!

I would recommend Dr. Emami to anyone needing oral surgery. Dr. Emami and his staff have gone above and beyond what should be expected from surgeon to ensure that I received the proper treatment to correct damage to my implant caused by my local dentist. When it became clear that my dentist relinquished responsibility for correcting the damage she caused to my implant, Dr. Emami took responsibility for correcting the damage to my implant. Dr. Emami will always be my family's oral surgeon.

OMS treated me like a piece of meat.My mother-in-law works at multiple hospitals and could not believe how the staff behaved.Before they put me under, they ripped the band around my arm so hard I about cried.I woke up alone in a dark room.They pushed me out the door when I could hardly stand, so my mother-in-law had to catch me.I panicked when I realized the ice pack they gave me wasn't cold.I had 2 dry sockets, had to get those packed daily.1st time he slipped&jabbed the hole, insane bleeding
